iVIEW Sales Area at the Empire State Building, New York, New York
With over 4 million visitors per year to the Observatory, the audio tour plays an important role in helping visitors understand
what they are looking at. With high throughput and tight constraints imposed by the Empire State Building's owner, Mr. Guerin designed a
new sales area that was the result of a thorough logistical analysis of marketing, sales, security, and the rental/return processes. His responsibilities
also included consulting on the user experience and iPod interface for the tour.
